Ceremony: Our private ceremony site is nestled between the vineyards and Estate Tent. The ceremony space includes a pergola and 200 white padded ceremony chairs.
Reception: Located directly next to the ceremony site, our 4,000 sq. ft. Estate Tent holds up to 200 guests with two-side cabana tents for each wedding party, plus 200 padded mahogany reception chairs and round dining tables.
Wedding Coordination: Required venue coordination services through White Dahlia Events.
Catering Services: A custom catering menu is provided by CK Catering or LaSalle Catering. You may choose a style of service: Family style, stations, buffet, plated dinner, or wine-tasting cocktail reception.
Burns Rent-Alls: Exclusive rental supplier, offering everything from linens and china to decór and floral.
We make it very easy for you because Moersch Hospitality Group is a winery, brewery, and distillery, and you can customize the alcohol package as you wish. All beverage packages include six hand-picked Tabor Hill wines and three Round Barn draft beers. Various spirit bar packages are also available exclusively featuring Round Barn Spirits.

Yes, we have partnered with a wedding coordinator to help you with all your day-of needs. If you would like to use a different wedding coordinator please contact us to discuss their responsibilities.
Yes, you will get a one-hour rehearsal time at the venue and we are happy to arrange a post-rehearsal wine tasting and dinner for you inside the Tabor Hill Restaurant or any of our other venues including the intimate Free Run Cellars or casual Round Barn Public House. Rehearsal times are the day before the event from 10:00am-11:00am or 5:00pm-6:00pm eastern time based on availability.
Tower heaters and large fans are included. We also provide air conditioners or heaters for your comfort in each wedding party cabana. Renting additional heaters or air conditioners for the main tent is an option we are glad to give you a quote for.
By the state law of Michigan, all products served must solely come from our Moersch Hospitality properties. Because this is against our liquor licensing, there are steep fines that come with any liquor brought in from outside including an additional $250 per bottle that is found.
