As the chef and owner of Ardent in Milwaukee, he has earned national recognition, including a James Beard Award nomination for Best Chef: Midwest and accolades from Condé Nast Traveler and Plate Magazine. Known for his commitment to local ingredients, Justin combines a modern culinary approach with a deep respect for regional agriculture and food traditions.
