The chef-curated menu showcases the freshest seasonal flavors and will not be released before the experience.
Because of the nature of this experience, we cannot accommodate dietary modifications or substitutions.
Advance reservations are required, and seating is limited to 40 guests. Dinner will be served outdoors; weather permitting, this event will move indoors.
The evening will be led by James Beard–nominated Chef Justin Carlisle, alongside Chef Lucian Prellwitz and Pastry Chef Bo Durham, marking a new culinary chapter for the winery.
This special dinner also marks the release of Tabor Hill’s fall menu, offering guests an exclusive first taste of the season’s culinary direction.
