Dinner includes four (4) courses each paired with Round Barn Bourbon and Whiskey
Prepare your taste buds as our Chef Sam and our incredible culinary team craft a series of specialty dishes expertly prepared with our bourbons. These dishes will be paired with a cocktail made with our bourbons.
Fried Tomatillo Salad | Organic greens, fried tomatillos, sweet corn, cilantro, sundrop tomatoes, cotija cheese, jalapeños, and lime ranch
Traditional Kentucky Burgoo | Authentic burgoo beef stew, baby Yukon potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, and bourbon Jus
Fried Chicken | Shallot herb fried organic chicken breast, braised lemon vinaigrette collard greens, roasted garlic pommes puree, cheddar, and a green onion biscuit
Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce | Shallow poached bread pudding and vanilla bean crème
To make this evening even more special, our distiller, Robbie Scudder, will join us. Robbie will share his insights and expertise while telling the story behind our limited-release Baroda Straight Single-Barrel Bourbon.
